We produce a Calvados AOC farmhouse product from the Pays de la Risle. Distillation, maturing, ageing and bottling are carried out on our estate with our apples only. Our traditional 1908 cellar (not air-conditioned), which is particularly humid, gives our Calvados its suppleness and softness. They are aged in small barrels (430 l maximum): ageing is faster but the "angels' share" is much higher.
